- Appointment Information: Appointment Information where needed to schedule an appointment or consultation through our online appointment or consultation services and may include the requested appointment information, which may be linked with health or legal information that you choose to provide to us.
- Your Submissions. Your Submissions generally includes information you voluntarily provide through free form text boxes, forums, document upload, or data retrieval or import.
Sensitive Information: We do not process sensitive information.
In each of the above instances, you will know what personal information we collect through our Services because you voluntarily and directly provide it to us.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
2. INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED

2.3 Controls For Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. 7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal obligations).
When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If deletion or anonymization is not immediately possible (for example, because the information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

10. MINOR'S PRIVACY

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS
We are headquartered in the United States. Our Services are intended for users in the United States and hosted in the United States or hosted with cloud service providers who are headquartered in the United States and/or in other countries. If you are located outside the United States, be aware that information you provide to us or that we obtain as a result of your use of our Services may be processed in, transferred to, and stored in the United States and in any other countries from where our cloud service providers operate. Please be aware that the privacy laws and standards in certain countries may differ from those that apply in the country in which you reside. By using our Services or providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your information for processing and storage to the United States and any other country from where our cloud service providers operate.

This section is provided to comply with the requirements of certain applicable U.S. data privacy laws and regulations (collectively, “Applicable Data Privacy Laws”). This section applies solely to our users who are residents of U.S. states, commonwealths or territories with Applicable Data Privacy Laws.

12.3 Using and Sharing of Personal Information
The personal information described in the categories above may be used for the business purposes listed above under “How We Process Personal Information.”
We disclose your personal information for a business purpose to the following categories of third parties: (a) service providers and (b) third parties to whom you authorize or direct us to disclose your personal information in connection with our Services. 12.4 Personal Information “Sold” or “Shared” with Third Parties
We may share information that we have about you, such as a cookie ID or IP address, with third-party marketing partners who may use this information, on our behalf, to help us deliver advertising on our Services as well as on third-party websites.
We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers that we know are minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization as required under Applicable Data Privacy Laws.
12.5 Your Access and Deletion Rights under Applicable Data Privacy Laws
Under Applicable Data Privacy Laws, you have the right to request the following:
- You may request, up to two (2) times each year, that we disclose to you certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you the: (i) categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you; (ii) categories of sources from which your personal information is collected; (iii) business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information; (iv) categories of personal information that we disclosed for a business purpose; (v) categories of personal information that we sold or shared about you; (vi) categories of third-parties with whom we have disclosed your personal information; and (vii) business or commercial purpose for selling or sharing your personal information.
- Subject to certain exceptions and up to two (2) times each year, you may request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you. Once we receive and verify your consumer request for deletion, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) such personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
12.6 Exercising Your Access and Deletion Rights under Applicable Data Privacy Laws
To exercise the access and deletion rights described above, or appeal the denial of a decision with regard to a previous request, please submit a request to us by sending an email to info@legalpulseHub.com.
You will be asked to provide certain identifying information, such as your name, email, and residency. Your request must: (i) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or that you have authority to make the request; and (ii) describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
12.7 Authorized Agents
Only you or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. If you are making a request through an authorized agent acting on your behalf, such authorized agent must provide proof of written authorization to do so, and you must verify your identity directly with us, unless such authorized agent provides proof of a power of attorney.
12.8 Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under Applicable Data Privacy Laws.
12.9 Withdrawing your consent
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by sending an email at info@legalpulseHub.com.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
12.10 Opting out of marketing and promotional communications
You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the SMS messages that we send, or by sending an email at info@legalpulseHub.com. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
12.11 Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can contact us by sending an email at info@legalpulseHub.com. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
13. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS’ PRIVACY RIGHTS
Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code requires select businesses to disclose policies relating to the sharing of certain categories of your personal information with third parties. If you reside in California and you have provided us with your personal information, you may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of your personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We will not accept requests via the telephone, mail, or by facsimile, and we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information.
In accordance with Section 22581 of the California Business and Professions Code if you are a California resident under the age of 18, you may request and obtain the removal of content or information you have publicly posted. Please specify the Service(s) to which your removal request relates, including any URLs where the content or information is posted, and the specific content or information you posted for which you are requesting removal. Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.
14. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
The California Code of Regulations defines a "resident" as: (1) every individual who is in the State of California for other than a temporary or transitory purpose and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the State of California who is outside the State of California for a temporary or transitory purpose. All other individuals are defined as "non-residents."

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

14.2 How we use and share your personal information.
Legal Pulse Hub Inc. collects and shares your personal information as provided in section 5 of this privacy policy.
We use social media features, such as a "Like" button, and widgets, such as a "Share" button, in our Services. Such features may process your Internet Protocol (IP) address and track which page you are visiting on our website. We may place a cookie to enable the feature to work correctly. 14.3 Right to request deletion of the data — Request to delete
You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.

- You may object to the processing of your personal information.
- You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant or ask to restrict the processing of the information.
- You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.

We may request for additional information from you to verify your identity and/or the authenticity of your request.
